本機專為各類電機定子插紙設計制作，廣泛應用于汽車電機等各種定子插紙專用設備，是一種經(jīng)濟、快速、高效可靠的專用插紙設備。采用三菱變頻調速技術控制三相異步電動機拖動系列機械機構完成插紙動作，二個伺服電機控制定子分度和送紙, PLC控制, 觸摸屏顯示器。采用變頻器無級調速，伺服電機控制分度，伺服送紙，機械結構筒單，通用性強。

This equipment is specially designed for all kinds of motor stator paper inserting. It is widely used in automobile motors area. It is an economical, fast, efficient and reliable special paper inserting equipment. Using Mitsubishi variable frequency spee control technology to control the three-phase asynchronous motor drag series mechanical mechanism to complete the paper insertion action. It adpots two servo motors to control the stator indexing and paper feeding, PLC and touch screen display. It adopts stepless speed regulation of frequency converter, servo motor to control indexing and paper feeding, simple mechanical structure, and strong versatility.
